Our in-house Lumsden grinding service is often a great benefit to our customers, not only reducing their lead time but also the overall cost of the job. In May we added an additional 60” Lumsden grinder to our portfolio. We also used this as an opportunity to refurbish our 100” grinder, helping us to maintain the highest quality grinding service possible.

With our demand for Waterjet cut profiles growing every year, we decided to invest in the latest ‘AcuCut Waterjet machine’ by Techserv. Offeringprecision pure water and abrasive cutting of all materials up to 100mm thick. This investment has not only added to our portfolio, but with itsincreased traverse speed and dual head cutting ability it has also reduced lead times significantly.

Since its establishment in 1986, Springfield Stainless has run in and alongside the CAD Department with PP Profiles. Since then Springfield has grown rapidly, as a result, in August we moved the entire Springfield CAD Department into separate offices.
